Prohibited items

Illegal items, stolen goods, weapons and explosives, hazardous materials, controlled substances, prescription drugs, counterfeit goods, adult sexual products, animals or wildlife restricted by law, financial documents or IDs, recalled products, and items that violate local law are not allowed.

Hate or extremist content, graphic violence, harassment, threats, private personal information, fraudulent claims, suspicious payment schemes, and misleading or unsafe images/videos are also not allowed.

Rental, property, service, and future job/gig listings must not include fraudulent deposits, fake rentals, illegal services, unlicensed regulated work, unsafe equipment use, discriminatory housing or job terms, or misleading claims about ownership, qualifications, permits, insurance, or availability.

Some categories may require additional restrictions, review, or local-law handling before public launch.

ListIn60 does not verify landlords, brokers, employers, service licenses, rental agreements, property rights, equipment safety, permits, insurance, or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for local laws, licenses, permits, deposits, agreements, safe use, and compliance for goods, services, rentals, property listings, and future job/gig posts.

ListIn60 may remove listings, mark listings pending, ask for more information, or restrict sellers when a listing appears unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, or prohibited.

ListIn60 may delete or remove listings, images, videos, seller profiles, QR cards, or accounts at any time without notice if they appear to violate marketplace rules or applicable law.

Users can report suspicious listings from listing detail pages.
