ListIn60 helps people create, browse, and manage local product listings. Buyers and sellers contact each other directly and complete transactions outside the app.

The marketplace may include goods, used items, new items, rentals, services, property rentals, wanted posts, free items, and future job/gig categories. Category support does not mean ListIn60 verifies legality, availability, qualifications, ownership, or suitability.

In this version, ListIn60 does not process buyer-to-seller payments, provide escrow, provide shipping, guarantee item condition, or guarantee seller performance.

ListIn60 is not a real estate broker, property manager, landlord, escrow provider, attorney, payment processor, employment agency, or licensed trade verifier.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, availability, and pricing of their listings.

Rental, property, service, and future job/gig posters are responsible for local laws, licenses, permits, insurance, agreements, deposits, safety rules, worker classification, and any required disclosures.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting items, choosing safe meeting/payment practices, and deciding whether to complete a transaction.

ListIn60 may use AI to help draft listing titles, descriptions, categories, tags, and condition observations. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect.

AI may suggest listing types or dynamic categories based on user demand. These suggestions are organizational signals only and may be wrong.

Sellers must review and edit AI-generated details before publishing. ListIn60 does not certify, authenticate, or guarantee AI-generated claims.

Users may not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, restricted, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise prohibited items or media.

ListIn60 may review, hide, mark pending, remove, or delete listings, images, videos, seller profiles, QR cards, or accounts at any time without notice when content appears to violate marketplace rules, user safety, or applicable law.

AI safety scores are moderation signals only. ListIn60 may still remove content even when an automated score is low.

Transactions are completed directly between users. ListIn60 is not responsible for user conduct, item quality, payment disputes, delivery arrangements, or losses arising from offline transactions.

Final limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law language should be reviewed and completed by legal counsel before launch.
